Tom joined Tartan C&C Yacht Sales in 2004. Tom's playground growing up was the family's boat building plant, “Lippincott Boat Works”. Here he discovered that “messing about in boats”, if disguised properly could pass for work...

Tom, his wife Melinda, and their three daughters Christina, Shelley and Charlotte embarked on a two year voyage, cruising the East Coast and Bahamas. Truly a life defining period for the entire family, Tom considers pulling off this adventure his “greatest accomplishment”
