Meet Our Brokers
Mike Titgemeyer
Mike moved to Annapolis in 2001, when Tartan C&C Yacht Sales Annapolis was opened. Previously, Mike had been National Sales Manager for Tartan Yachts in Ohio. He is a life-long sailor having sailed several family owned C&Cs growing up in Mentor, Ohio(Very near the birth place of Tartan). Mike still sails and races regularly having completed several offshore and inshore races recently, but is also a dedicated family man, you are just as likely to see him on the playground as the water. A recent highlight includes finishing the 2007 Marblehead to Halifax race in the fog and having his wife and children meet him at the dock.
Mike has a thorough knowledge of the Tartan and C&C brands, which helps him guide his clients through the purchasing / delivery process with ease. “My clients become my friends” says Mike, who “sells a little of himself” with each boat. Mike also has managerial duties as he has been Regional Manager for the three Mid-Atlantic Offices since 2004.

Scott Dodge
Scott is our sailing master. He is at home on the helm, and is quite famous for his "stunt-driver" maneuvering while exiting the Annapolis Boat Show. With over 20 years of Yacht Broker experience, Scott has “seen it all” and can provide great insight into the buying process. When not with clients showing boats, you'll likely find Scott on the racecourse, campaigning “Sjambok” or “Infringer”, where he is a regular crew member and has assisted both campaigns in bringing home the Silver.
Scott joined us in 2003 and had immediate success with Tartan and C&C. Several of his ideas have been incorporated into the new designs. His dedication to clients is unparelled.
